Indigenu works closely with a small number of Aboriginal Artists and purchases artwork directly from the artist. Each painting is sold with a certificate of authenticity for the painting. This includes a photograph of the artist with their painting (where possible).

All paintings are sold un-stretched and are painted on canvas unless otherwise specified. All painting dimensions are of actual artwork only, measured in millimeters. Paintings have an additional border of approximately 50-100mm for framing unless otherwise specified.

All prices are quoted in $AUD (Australian Dollars), and are inclusive of taxes and charges. Payment is through PayPal, which accepts Visa, Mastercard or payment through a PayPal account. Orders can also be taken via phone.

Paintings are sent in mailing tubes by registered mail with Australia Post. While great care will be taken to ensure artwork is carefully protected, Indigenu will not be responsible for damage to artwork during shipping. Insurance is optional, and can be quoted upon enquiry.

Artwork will be mailed within 48 hours of order being processed. Delivery times within Australia are generally 2-5 working days, and Internationally 3-10 working days. More time should be allowed during peak periods and holiday periods.

We trust that you will be delighted with your artwork, however, should you receive your painting and not be 100% satisfied with it a full refund will be provided. Please contact Indigenu within 48 hours of receiving your painting. A full refund will be issued once Indigenu receives the painting, providing it is in the same condition as it was sent. You will only be asked to cover the cost of returning the painting to Indigenu.
