Welcome to 2015

It is great to welcome you to the new year, a little late - I know. I have returned from a family trip to Italy and report it all as being a wonderful as always. It always helps having family there to show you the sights and thier favourite places. Again the batch of art works bought over was enthusiastically received in spite of the financial crisis over there.

It is now 4 years since Indigenu opened its doors and the years just become more promising and exciting and think we are here for the long haul - hooray!  Who makes up Indigenu in 2015. The stalwarts Louisa and Tony continue in their capacity as gallery director and online sales person along with Alexi Alexi who does the stretching and framing for the gallery and of course without the machinations of Matthew Aldous who does insurmountable things for the business.  A thank you to Geoff too for the many hours he contributed to the catering arm of the business, very appreciated. A special acknowledgement to Matthew for opening the business in January under extreme circumstances and to the many friends of Indigenu who also lent a hand.

Colin Weetra will be our featured artist for SALA 2015 and look forward to an exciting collection from him. Our hats off to all the artists who choose Indigenu as  a place of sale. We know they appreciate the relationship too and look forward to your ongoing support...........Palya
